Under normal circumstances customer's orders will be shipped within one to three working days.
For Canada and Mexico: Up to 3 books or up to 4 lbs. (1.8 kilos), postage is $10.95. If over 4lbs. (1.8 kilos), we will email you the postage rates.
For all other international destinations: Up to 3 books or up to 4 lbs. (1.8 kilos), postage is $12.95. If over 4lbs. (1.8 kilos), we will email you the postage rates.
For all international orders, the extra postage should be paid using this form: http://actscom.com/paypal.php and clicking on the PayPal Donate button. PayPal cost on the store estimates postage only for North America.
On framed poems we need to ad an additional $4 to cover the extra postage cost and insurance. Please note that unframed poems can be sent overseas but not framed poems.
Return Policy: For a refund on returns, products must be received in the same condition as when they were shipped from the ACTS Communications store ... within 30 days of the ACTS shipping date.
